Once you’ve worked with your MBI Program Manager to address all of the items on the readiness submission form, he will write a Letter of Recommendation from the MBI professional staff. You can negotiate what’s on this letter. It serves as an agreement to proceed with your plans and must be signed by the town and Peter Larkin.
We recommend having the following added to the section on Project Model if not initially included (substitute your town’s name for Rowe):
The choice of an Independent Municipal Network, as the model in the Readiness Submission Form, has been made for the purpose of demonstrating that Rowe can sustain its own network. It does not represent a final decision. The Town of Rowe reserves the right to choose a different model as more appropriate options become available.
