WiredWest Operational Contract with Westfield Gas & Electric
After much negotiation, WiredWest and Westfield Gas & Electric (WG&E) have signed the contract below. This is for a comprehensive package of services include ISP, Network Operations, Customer and Tech support, automatic detection of line faults and equipment failures and initiation of repairs. WiredWest will monitor WG&E’s performance and address any problems.
Please note that ISP and NO services are only part of the cost of managing a network. WiredWest will separately be covering the costs of pole license fees, insurance, backhaul, and other operational costs for member town MLPs.
