Please include the name and service address used when the deposit was originally made. Your deposit will be refunded with interest.
It should arrive by return mail within 2-3 weeks of receiving your written request.
*Unfortunately, email is not sufficient to satisfy the legal requirement to have funds removed from the escrow account in which deposits are held.
